The newest version does not seem to be compatible with your system. If the white screen appears when you open the Launcher, please fully uninstall your current version and use one of our archived versions. If the white screen only appears when you click to play a game, please right click inside the game box and uncheck the Hardware Acceleration box. There are two possible reasons for this to happen. Here are troubleshooting options for some specific issues that may come up: You can clear cache by clicking the 'Clear Cache' button above the gear symbol to the bottom left of the launcher. Most issues are resolved by clearing cache, making sure you have the latest version installed or making sure you don't have anything blocking the launcher, such as a Firewall or Anti-virus.
